On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, the congregation came together in celebration of Rabbi and Tamar’s tenth anniversary at Congregation Brothers of Israel. It was a spectacular summer afternoon Barbecue. Thank-you to the Belsh family for offering their home for this great event.
